HKDAP Hong Kong dollar stablecoin
Anchorpoint is a Hong Kong stablecoin issuer set up by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong), the telecom group HKT and Animoca Brands. In April 2026 it received one of Hong Kong's first two stablecoin licences, and in August 2026 it began issuing HKDAP, a token pegged to the Hong Kong dollar.
