Move VM treats assets as non-copyable resources. A coin transfer removes from sender, adds to recipient, preventing double-spend bugs.

Block-STM optimizer

Block-STM detects independent transactions and runs them in parallel, restarting on conflicts. Reaches 100k+ TPS on one machine.

Stablecoin Settlement

Native USDC and USDT integration

USDC and USDT are first-class tokens, not wrapped. Yellow Card enables instant, zero-fee transfers, making Aptos a payment network.

Institutional Rails

BlackRock BUIDL and RWA tokenization

BUIDL (tokenized money market) on Aptos provides yield and liquidity, attracting institutional deposits for tokenized securities.
