Xometry acquires Thomasnet industrial sourcing platform for $300 million

Xometry announced the acquisition of Thomasnet.com, a century-old industrial supplier directory with 1.3+ million registered users and 500,000 suppliers. The $300M cash-and-stock deal expanded Xometry's reach to procurement engineers and added deep supplier relationships.
