Wing and Walmart started drone delivery in Greater Orlando from two Supercenters, in Apopka and Clermont, reaching more than 50,000 homes and businesses. Three more Central Florida stores (Ocoee, Haines City and a second Clermont store) are due to follow within weeks.
- Drones cruise at 150–200 feet at up to 60 mph, then descend to about 20 feet and lower the package on a tether.
- Payload is 2.5 lb per flight today, rising to 5 lb; deliveries can arrive in about 30 minutes.
- Orlando follows launches in Houston, Atlanta and Dallas–Fort Worth earlier in 2026.
- The partners plan to reach nearly 20 U.S. metros, including Los Angeles, San Diego, Miami and Philadelphia.
