WeRide launches fully commercial Robobus service in Leuven, Belgium

WeRide began commercial operations of its autonomous Robobus minibus on Route 16 of De Lijn, the public transit operator in Leuven, Belgium. Passengers book rides via e-ticket through SMS or the De Lijn app. It is Europe's first commercial deployment of a fully autonomous shuttle in a city-center environment with mixed traffic.
