Weave starts shipping Isaac 0, a $7,999 laundry-folding robot, in the Bay Area
Weave's first product, Isaac 0, is a stationary two-armed robot that folds laundry at home. It folds common garments in 30 to 90 minutes but not large blankets or sheets. When it gets stuck, a Weave specialist takes over remotely for a 5-10 second correction, then hands control back.
- $7,999 list price with a $250 refundable deposit, or $450 a month for early adopters.
- Handles T-shirts, long sleeves, sweaters, pants and towels.
- Not fully autonomous: depends on remote human help for consistent results.
