Wandercraft acquires Ekso Bionics to create global exoskeleton leader

Wandercraft announced the acquisition of Ekso Bionics from ChronoScale Holdings, combining European leadership with Ekso's US presence and clinical network. The deal creates a single entity supporting four exoskeleton products across 700+ rehabilitation centers worldwide.

• Combined company now supports Atalante X, EksoNR (rehabilitation), Eve and Indego Personal (personal mobility).
• Ekso brings US regulatory approvals, clinical relationships and 20+ years of market presence.
• Wandercraft brings advanced servo technology and European expansion. Financial terms were not disclosed.
