Vulcan and Ucore sign MoU to build integrated domestic rare earth magnet supply chain

Vulcan Elements and Ucore Rare Metals signed a memorandum of understanding to build an integrated domestic rare earth supply chain. Ucore will supply neodymium-praseodymium and dysprosium oxides from its Louisiana facility starting 2027, with initial samples in 2026 and a long-term commercial supply agreement to follow.
