Naveen Rao's two-month-old startup confirmed a $475M seed round at a $4.5B valuation to build a far more energy-efficient computer for AI. Andreessen Horowitz and Lightspeed led, with Lux Capital and DCVC taking part. The money is a first tranche toward a round of up to $1B.
