U.S. Marine Corps selects Kratos XQ-58 Valkyrie as its Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) program

The U.S. Marine Corps selected the XQ-58 Valkyrie, made by Kratos and integrated by Northrop Grumman, as its first operational Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA). Northrop will provide mission systems and sensors; Kratos provides the Valkyrie airframe. This marks the military's formal transition to human-supervised autonomous weapons as a program of record.
