Sublime Systems promoted chief operating officer Rob Davies to CEO, made board member Bill Brady executive chair and added Verdox chairman Brian Baynes to the board. Co-founder Leah Ellis, CEO since the 2020 MIT spin-out, stays involved; the company runs a 250-tonne-a-year pilot line in Somerville.
