SetPoint Medical announces positive topline results from RESET-RA trial in 242 patients with moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis

SetPoint announced that its RESET-RA trial met its primary endpoint, with 35.2% of patients achieving ACR20 response at 12 weeks compared to 24.2% in the sham control group. Notably, 75% of actively treated patients remained off all biologic or targeted synthetic DMARDs at one year, and MRI analysis showed SetPoint reduced bone erosion progression, particularly in highly erosive disease.
