Replit's Series D raised $400M at a $9B valuation, more than tripling the company's value in six months. The platform had reached 50M+ users across 85% of Fortune 500, driven by adoption of Agent 3 and early releases of Agent 4. ARR reached $300M at end of 2025 and $525M by April 2026.
