Pony.ai announced a second Gen-4 robotruck variant in collaboration with GAC Commercial Vehicle, built on GAC's T9 battery-electric heavy-duty truck platform. Volume production is scheduled to begin later in 2026.

  • Volume production target late 2026 for long-haul and port logistics
  • Complements Gen-4 Gen-1 production with SANY
