Plus agrees to go public via SPAC merger with Texas Ventures III at $800M valuation

Plus announced a definitive merger agreement with Texas Ventures Acquisition III at an $800M pre-money valuation, with up to $300M in capital proceeds. The combined company will list on Nasdaq and fund full-scale production and commercialization of factory-built autonomous trucks.
