Palm Ventures, a family investment office, acquired AeroFarms in April 2026, significantly reducing debt and enabling sustainable growth. Gustavo Burger, previously at Kraft Heinz and Anheuser-Busch InBev, was appointed CEO. The Danville facility retained approximately 133 employees.
