Oxford Quantum Circuits achieves 25-nanosecond two-qubit gates at 99.8% fidelity
Oxford Quantum Circuits (OQC)TITAN / Dimon-Coaxmon Quantum Processor
Oxford researchers, led by Dr Peter Leek, demonstrated controlled-Z gates in 25 nanoseconds with 99.8% fidelity using a simplified coaxmon architecture. The achievement combined high speed with high accuracy by leveraging three quantum states rather than two, reducing circuit complexity.
