OpenClaw Foundation launches as US nonprofit; Dave Morin chairs board
The OpenClaw Foundation was formally established as a US nonprofit organization to govern the open-source project. Dave Morin, founder of the social network Path, was named chair of the foundation. The project reported 2,782+ code contributors by August 2026.
