Oishii opened Amatelas Farm, a 237,000 sq ft indoor vertical strawberry facility in Phillipsburg, New Jersey powered by a neighboring 50-acre solar field. The farm features nearly 50 picking robots with AI and visual recognition, moving racks between warm day and cool night zones, and produces over 20 times the yield of Oishii's previous 72,000 sq ft Jersey City farm.
