Novarc raises $50M Series B to accelerate NovAI Autonomy and global expansion

Novarc closed a $50M Series B round led by Export Development Canada and Graham Partners, with participation from Seaspan and InBC Investment Corp. The capital accelerates development and commercialization of NovAI Autonomy, the company's next-generation AI seam-tracking system, available summer 2025.
