MiniMax releases Hailuo 02 video model with native 1080p and three times the parameters
MiniMaxHailuo video models (H3)
MiniMax launched Hailuo 02, the successor to its Video 01 model, with native 1080p output and much better physics and instruction-following. A new training design made training and generation 2.5 times more efficient at the same size.
- Options: 768p for 6 or 10 s, or 1080p for 6 s.
- 3x the parameters and 4x the training data of Hailuo 01.
- An early version ranked second on the Artificial Analysis video arena.
- Video 01 had made over 370 million videos since August 2024.
