MetaX begins C600 pilot production; mass production planned for 2026

MetaX moved its next-generation C600 training-and-inference GPU into pilot production late in 2025, with full mass production expected to begin in 2026. The C600 integrates HBM3e memory and FP8 precision to compete with Nvidia's H100 while remaining unrestricted by US export controls.
