Maxar Intelligence rebrands as Vantor; parent becomes Lanteris

After Advent International's acquisition in May 2023, Maxar Technologies split into two independent companies in October 2025. Maxar Intelligence became Vantor, while Maxar Space Systems rebranded as Lanteris Space Systems, which was subsequently acquired by Intuitive Machines in January 2026.
