Marvell completes $3.25B acquisition of Celestial AI

Marvell completed its acquisition of Celestial AI in February 2026, bringing the Photonic Fabric platform into Marvell's product portfolio. The technology enables optical scale-up interconnects for AI systems, with Marvell targeting revenue contribution in the second half of fiscal 2028 and a $1B annualized run rate by Q4 FY2029.
