John Deere completed its full acquisition of GUSS Automation on August 27, 2025, building on a joint venture established in 2022. Over 250 GUSS machines had already been deployed globally, covering 2.6 million acres with more than 500,000 autonomous operating hours. The acquisition strengthens Deere's portfolio in autonomous high-value crop management.
