Isar signs a contract for five more Spectrum launches in 2028–2030
U.S. rideshare organiser SEOPS booked five more dedicated Spectrum launches for 2028–2030, on top of one it had already contracted. The deal came days after Spectrum's first successful orbital flight, and Isar said it brings its 2028 manifest close to full.
- Launches will fly from Andøya in Norway and Spaceport Nova Scotia in Canada, where Isar's launch complex is under construction.
- SEOPS runs the Waymaker program, buying dedicated rocket capacity from several providers and reselling it to rideshare customers.
- SEOPS president Evan Hoyt pointed to Isar reaching orbit with a new rocket as the reason for the follow-on deal.
- A full 2028 manifest depends on Isar scaling production; it says its new factory can make up to 40 rockets a year.
