Gourmey closed a €48M Series A funding round led by Earlybird Venture Capital, with participation from Keen Venture Partners, Instacart CEO Fidji Simo and others. The funding enabled opening a 46,000 sq ft production facility and R&D center in Paris and tripling the team to 120 members by 2024.
