Formlabs launches Fuse 1 with the Fuse Sift powder recovery station

Formlabs began selling Fuse 1, its first selective laser sintering nylon printer, for $18,499, alongside the $9,000 Fuse Sift station that recovers unused powder for reuse. The removable build chamber enables near-continuous printing; the company targets over 70% powder reuse to cut waste and part cost.
