First Resonance closed a $12.5M Series A funding round led by Third Prime, with participation from Craft Ventures, Blue Bear Capital, Fortitude, Emerson Ventures and E12. The round brings cumulative funding to $32M and supports platform expansion and the ION Marketplace launch.
