FedEx placed a binding order for 2,000 Harbinger electric medium-duty trucks (Class 5 and 6), valued at over $300 million. The order is the largest binding order for electric commercial trucks. Deliveries begin at year-end 2027 and will serve FedEx's pickup and delivery operations in the United States and Canada. Harbinger projects the fleet will reduce annual fuel costs by $40 million for FedEx, totaling approximately $800 million over 20 years.
