Johnson & Johnson's MONARCH QUEST 3, the latest software release for its MONARCH robotic-assisted bronchoscopy platform, received U.S. FDA 510(k) clearance in August 2026. The update introduces AI-powered lung nodule segmentation for automatic, accurate nodule boundary generation, improved navigation registration, and a new 3D Compass overlay. It marks the fourth major MONARCH software release in 18 months.
