Falcon Heavy launches ViaSat-3 F3 for Asia-Pacific, the last of three satellites

SpaceX launched ViaSat-3 F3 from Kennedy Space Center, the third and final satellite of the constellation. It separated from the upper stage in under five hours and Viasat confirmed contact and spacecraft health. It covers the Asia-Pacific region.

  • Designed for over 1 Tbps of throughput.
  • Aimed at government and commercial mobility users in Asia-Pacific.
  • Service entry was then expected in late summer 2026.
