Diamond Aircraft acquires Volocopter for €10 million from insolvency

Diamond Aircraft Industries (owned by Wanfeng Auto Holding Group) acquired the insolvent German eVTOL developer Volocopter for €10 million. The acquisition preserved Volocopter's operations, retained core engineering talent, and positioned Diamond to advance the VoloCity certification process with manufacturing expertise.
