CNH Industrial completes $2.1 billion acquisition of Raven Industries

CNH Industrial completed its acquisition of Raven Industries, a U.S. precision agriculture technology leader, for $2.1 billion ($58 per share). The acquisition integrated Raven's Applied Technology division into CNH's portfolio, accelerating digital transformation and autonomous farming capabilities for Case IH and New Holland.
