Boston Scientific agrees to buy Nalu Medical, maker of a battery-free nerve stimulator, for $600M

Boston Scientific agreed to buy the rest of Nalu Medical, whose small implant runs without a battery and is powered by a disc worn on the skin. The deal adds peripheral nerve stimulation to its spinal stimulation and nerve ablation pain business.
