Avride launched autonomous rides on Uber in Dallas using electric Hyundai Ioniq 5 vehicles in 9-sq-mi area. Passengers requesting UberX/Comfort may be matched with Avride robotaxis at no extra charge. Specialist on board; full autonomy planned.
