Ajinomoto launches Solein-based products in Singapore under its Atlr.72 brand

Ajinomoto introduced Mochelie, a mochi-filled almond tart made with Solein, at specialty pop-up locations in Singapore starting December 10, 2025. The company plans to expand Atlr.72 offerings and open a flagship store in Singapore in 2026.
