UALink allows GPU kernels to load from and store to remote GPU memory using standard memory access patterns, without explicit messaging.
UALink 2.0 adds support for reductions and broadcasts to happen within the switch, offloading this work from GPUs.
Unlike proprietary fabrics, UALink is developed by a consortium and royalty-free, reducing switching costs and supplier dependencies.
