The 5,000th TMINI knee replacement was performed at Cedars-Sinai Orthopedics in Los Angeles, a year after the 1,000th. CEO Stuart Simpson credited new implant modules and the Zimmer Biomet partnership. Adding Stryker's Triathlon in February 2026, without a Stryker partnership, brought TMINI's coverage to about 70% of US knee implant volume.
