# SemiAnalysis reports NVIDIA's Kyber rack for Rubin Ultra slipping to 2028; NVIDIA says its roadmap is intact

Research firm SemiAnalysis reported that Kyber, the 144-GPU rack meant for 2027's Rubin Ultra, slips more than a year to 2028 over problems making the circuit-board midplane that links its switches. A two-rack stopgap was reportedly dropped. NVIDIA replied that its roadmap is intact; this year's Rubin, which uses the current rack, is not affected.
