May Mobility plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker MAY via a merger with ACP Holdings Acquisition Corp., at a pro forma enterprise value of about $1.4 billion and up to $337 million in gross proceeds, including a $120 million PIPE. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2026.
