At LSX US 2026, CEO Michael Hufford said the first cohort received 50 million hepatocytes in a single lymph node with no serious adverse events, and that later cohorts get 150 million cells across three nodes and 250 million across up to five. He also described the preclinical base: pigs and dogs with fatal liver disease rescued, and ectopic livers up to 70% of native volume in small animals.

## Key facts

- Cohort doses: 50M cells (1 node), 150M (3 nodes), 250M (up to 5 nodes).
- Outpatient endoscopic procedure of about 10 minutes, billed at about $2,000, versus about $1M for a liver transplant.
- Target: add 10–20% of liver function; about half of end-stage patients do not qualify for the transplant list.
- Company is starting a cell cryopreservation program to stretch donor-liver supply.
