# Ekso Bionics agrees to merge with Applied Digital's cloud unit and explore selling its exoskeleton business

Ekso Bionics signed a non-binding term sheet to combine with Applied Digital Cloud into ChronoScale, an AI-compute company in which Applied Digital would own about 97%. Ekso said it would keep exploring a sale of all or most of its exoskeleton business, a process that ended with Wandercraft buying it in October 2026.
