The Army awarded Lockheed Martin a $4.7 billion undefinitized contract action for accelerated PAC-3 MSE production, the first contract under the January framework. It funds work to raise production capacity for the interceptor.

## Key facts

- Undefinitized: work starts before final price and terms are agreed.
